Say hello to Live Mode: a new way to chat where you speak and your agent answers by voice — and you can still type whenever it suits you. Text and voice blend into one seamless transcript, so the conversation keeps flowing however you choose to talk. It is rolling out across the web app and the mobile app, and it plays nicely with the channels you already use.

And if you want your assistant to sound like you — or your brand — voice cloning is here. Record a short sample once, and your agents can speak with that voice everywhere.
