Child Workspaces for Business and Enterprise​

Business and Enterprise subscriptions can now create child workspaces under a single root workspace, making it easy to mirror real-world organisational structures such as dev, stage, and prod environments. The root workspace acts as the central billing and administrative anchor, while each child workspace operates independently with its own resources and access controls.

What's New:

  • Up to 50 Child Workspaces - Each Business and Enterprise root workspace can create up to 50 child workspaces, providing plenty of room for complex organisational structures
  • Flexible Workspace Structure - Organise work across multiple child workspaces to match teams, projects, or deployment environments
  • Resource Isolation - Limit access to specific agents, knowledge, tools, and data within each child workspace as needed
  • Centralised UoI Billing - All Units of Intelligence consumption across every child workspace rolls up to the root workspace, giving admins a single place to monitor and control spending
  • Cloud-Style Account Model - Similar to a cloud root account with linked sub-accounts: one bill, many workspaces, full control
