Agentic Heartbeat for Scheduled Jobs​

One of our most requested features is finally here! We've introduced a new job type called Routine for Scheduled Jobs, enabling any Agentic Operator with Long-term Memory enabled to continuously sense, plan, and action opportunities using all available tools — bringing the concept of an agentic harness (like Hermes and OpenClaw) directly into your workspace.

How It Works:

  • Routine Jobs - Exaclly like "Task" jobs that execute on a regular basis, Routine jobs also run on a schedule and actively monitor for opportunities to take action
  • Sense, Plan, Action - Agents with Long-term Memory can proactively identify tasks, plan their approach, and execute using their full toolkit
  • Predefined Prompts - Just like "Task" type, Routine jobs allow you to select a predefined prompt to focus the agent on specific objectives

  • Easy Switching - Change your home agent anytime from the Home section settings
  • Revert to Default - Always return to the default "Fairy AI" concierge with one click

🔐 Frontend API Key Rotation​

Admin Key Management Made Easy​

Workspace administrators can now rotate API keys directly from the ToothFairyAI dashboard. Previously only available via API, this security feature is now accessible through a user-friendly interface.

Important: Rotating your API key immediately invalidates the previous key. Update any applications or integrations using the old key to avoid service interruptions.

🛠️ Improvements & Fixes​

TfCode Desktop App Fix​

We've resolved an issue where some users experienced difficulties opening TfCode on the desktop application. The desktop client now launches reliably for all users across all supported platforms.
